Abstract
Faced with declining patient satisfaction regarding nurse communication and response times, a mixed antepartum/postpartum/GYN unit implemented a new communication workflow. The initiative mandated in-person call bell cancellation and integrated MS Teams for enhanced communication between CSAs, PCAs, and nurses regarding patient requests. Since implementation, patient satisfaction has steadily increased, positioning the unit to meet its 10% improvement target by December 2025.
