Abstract
To address the underutilization of chaplaincy services, North Shore University Hospital launched an initiative to enhance visibility and awareness by November 2025. This involved creating a promotional video and establishing a Spiritual Care Award. Implemented through interdisciplinary collaboration and targeted marketing, the project successfully garnered 317 YouTube views, 494 Viva Engage views, over 25 award nominations, and 90+ ceremony attendees, significantly increasing departmental engagement. Ongoing efforts include renovating the Meditation Room to further enhance chaplaincy access.
