Abstract

This poster addresses patient transport delays caused by staff unawareness of patient status. By educating staff on utilizing the TeleTracking system to monitor "PENDING" or "DISPATCHED" transport statuses, units can proactively prepare patients. The initiative aims to reduce delays, decrease staff stress, and improve overall patient throughput and turnaround times.
