Abstract
Facing high stress and burnout among its ACP teams due to demanding work conditions, NSUH implemented a program offering easily integrated, 5-minute stress-reduction interventions. These included guided meditation, herbal teas, and sensory relaxation. Evaluation via pre/post surveys and feedback showed reduced stress levels, increased demand for mindfulness sessions, and improved productivity and clinical performance, ultimately fostering better camaraderie, morale, and coping strategies.
